    At Inkpres, we review every design before printing your cardboard coasters, adjusting all parameters to ensure maximum print quality. If we detect any detail that could affect the final result, we will inform you before production.

    We always send a digital preview and only manufacture after your approval. We carefully control colour tones and finishing in every run to guarantee a professional result.

    The average production time is one working week from design approval. All our coasters are manufactured in Spain and available with FSC® certification (licence C166232).

    • When is my order confirmed?
      Your order is confirmed when you approve the PDF design preview.

      Once the payment has been received, we will send you an order confirmation by email along with the PDF so you can review the design before printing. When you reply confirming the PDF, your order will be confirmed and production can begin.
    • When will I receive my order?
      The delivery timeframe is communicated by email when we send you the PDF design preview for approval.

      At that time, we inform you of the estimated production and shipping times. The delivery period starts from the approval of the PDF.

      For standard 9.3 cm coasters, the usual timeframe is one to two working weeks from the design confirmation. Shipping time may vary depending on the destination.

      If you need a specific delivery date, you can indicate this when placing your order and we will assess the best available option.
    • Can I modify my order after placing it?
      Yes, it is possible to modify your order as long as the PDF design preview has not yet been approved.

      If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible through the “Contact” section. Once the design has been approved and sent to production, modifications will no longer be possible.
    • How can I check the status of my order?
      You can check the status of your order through the email communications we send during each stage of the process.

      If you have created an account, you can also view the status from your customer area, where you will find your order history and tracking information.

    • How will I know when my order has been completed and shipped?
      We will notify you by email when your order has completed production and leaves our facilities.
